When I selected a screen in the Issues > Screens window and tried to click on view, edit,, copy or delete, there was no result until I repeated the procedure with the window un-maximized.
Later, the same behavior occurred when I tryed to edit a Filter name, as I recall.

Please can you share a screenshot of the behavior you mention in the main question?
Hi @Phil Bustin with my cloud instance on Edge, I can't replicate the behavior. Is it a specific browser version, OS, or user? If you can replicate it after those tests, I would probably suggest opening a ticket with support.atlassian.com (contact link in upper right) and have support take a look at it.
