Previously the system notifications that went to agents, were easy to read and navigate. They were helpful. They helped to improve our efficiency.
Then something changed and now they are driving my whole team nuts not to mention they are pretty horrible to read and create more work. Waaaayyyyy less efficient.

Strangest things... I updated my settings to HTML and that did indeed help put messages back the way they were. But others in my organization tried and it didnt seem to help them. I reached out to the administrator and asked them to also change the 'global' settings and once they did others (who had changed their personal settings) were fixed. Not sure why for some it would be a personal setting thing and others a global setting thing.. suffice to say Im fixed. YAY! Thank you!
I'm happy it worked. Yes, weird that updating the personal profile didn't work for them. Anyway since I'm used not to trusting users 100%, maybe someone forgot to save the change :)

that should be a configuration in the personal settings: https://{yourcompany}.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa
But if this is the same for all users maybe it is the case that an administrator updated the "Default user preferences" and applied the change for all existing users.
