Why do I get Validation error from forge translate app examples?

Hi guys,

I'm new on atlassian and totay I tried out forge instead of atlassian connect.

After looking around I tried to install a forge example app called "forge-issue-translation"

and everything went pretty well and I succeeded at all instructions said to do.

And though I get an error

Something went wrong

Validation error

You must have a <IssuePanel> at the root.

 I checked my microsoft azure keys twice and regenerated new ones but the error is not gone. Can you tell me whats wrong with the app? Because it's not an issue with Microsoft Azure I'm pretty sure

Hi @Peter Stüben ,

I just ran into this myself and I've been able to fix the problem of the forge-issue-translation example app.

If you pull the repository and deploy the changes, the app should be working fine.

Trudy is right that https://community.developer.atlassian.com/c/forge/45 is the best place to ask for help about Forge. That's where you can expect a faster reply.

On the About Forge page there is a section for Help And Feedback that includes a link to a community specifically for Forge. Have you checked there for help? There might be more people there with specific expertise in Forge who can get you an answer more quickly.
