Why do I not see the Live Plans option on the Administration page?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Installing Live Plans

Running JIRA Software v7.0.5 and Portfolio for JIRA v1.10.7.

When following the instructions, I do not have the entry option for to add/enable permissions.

Hey Shaun, Live Plans are only available from Portfolio 1.12 onwards - please update to the latest version of Portfolio, after that you should be able to see the Portfolio labs access permission in the Portfolio administration and can grant people access to it.
