I am seeing a ticket
Want to add a label , and when I click at the insert field, there are actually the Areas options and I cannot add labels, just with "add new label" function. But there ara already saved labels from which I would like to choose. I dont want to add the same label 100 times, while there is already and existing one.
Why is it loading the saved options. we have for Area, regardless of where I am clicking: area or label.
Why isn't the label field giving me the saved label values in the dropdown?
What type of field is the Area?
I'm afraid I don't understand the question. At the ticket we have many different fields, see as the screenshot attached. One of them is the Area field where we define which business area are we working on.

We need to know what the field type is before we can tell you anything. Go to the list of custom fields as an admin, find the field, and look beneath its name to see the type.
