i am currently doing some test with a workflow with a lot of states, and at least 3 organization areas involved, so i need to verify if the notifications (outgoings emails) are being send and received ,so they can know when to take action.
i am seeing that its taking a time between 10-15 minutes sending the notification, i wanted to know what factors are involved in this delay.
maybe having too much post function, the amount of templates that i have created. or maybe its not on my power, could be the servers or service that its having issues.
i am not certain, and i would like to reduce that time if possible so my users can have a real time experience.
if someone could help me with an answer so i cant justify this delay it would be awesome!
