I'm using a Jira board for a personal project, and the kanban board using the software development project only uses half of the available screen real estate. The top menu bar stretches across the screen as expected, but the board itself just has vast amounts of whitespace on the right. I tried creating projects using other templates and boards for those use the whole screen.
Is there any way to adjust the theming of the board so it uses the whole screen? Additionally, are there any configuration options for how much/little info is displayed on the cards on the board? Or for things like a dark theme.
Hi Connor,
are you using a CMP or TMP project? Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
with CMP you can add up to 3 fields to your cards. There is no support for dark theme in the browser client. There is DT for Mac app.
Hey, it's a team managed project. Here's a screenshot, I've redacted some information:

Is this repeatable on multiple browsers? If so I suggest opening a support request with Atlassian.

I’m not seeing this. I see you are on Free so you can’t report to Atlassian Support. Maybe @Gary can do so. We need someone with Standard or Premium that is experiencing this to report so that Atlassian can log in and have a look.

We have this exact same issue. It used to be take up half the screen 50 / 50, now it's condensed to an extremely small column. Please revert.
