Hello Community,
since May 2025 my Jira automation is not working as usual. It should automatically send a notification to our support channel in Teams when a work item is created.
The rule is structured as follows:
When: Work item created
Then: Send web request
I am aware that there have been changes, but the existing instructions did not help me. Additionally, I can no longer add a new webhook in the Teams channel where I am admin.
Has anyone had similar experiences or a solution?
