Why does the Work Log display different time formats?

When a user logs 5 minutes, it appears in the Work Log as 5m. But when a user logs 12 minutes, it displays in the Work Log as 0.2h. Why the inconsistency?

Hi Melanie,

All log work values more than 10 minute would be converted to hour. This is the time tracking configuration.
