Why doesn't TeamBoard work for all projects?

TeamBoard works only on some projects; that is, where it does not work it just shows a blank screen.

Are you referring to the TeamBoard functionality provided by this app?

If not that app, which one? There is not a TeamBoard feature that comes natively with JIRA Cloud, so I suspect you will need to consult with the app provider's support team to get an answer.

What are the differences between the projects where TeamBoards works and where it does not work? Does it work for one project type but not another (Classic vs. Next Gen)?

Yes. I sent my question to the vendor's support team and they are asking me to send a HAR file.
All projects are classics. There are projects with Kanban Board and others with Scrum, they have the same custom settings. It is very strange that it works in some and in others it does not work.
