Hi all,
Today my team and I noticed that we didn't receive the create notification for 2 issues. We received them for every other issue today. I looked at the notification helper and we were supposed to receive these notifications since all the conditions were respected.
I tried to look at this document : https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshoot-notifications-in-jira-203394737.html but it's for Jira Server and Data Center only. There doesn't seem to have any way to troubleshooting notifications / outgoing mail.
We (different users) received the notifications for TI-3633 and TI-3636 but didn't receive the notifications for TI-3634 and TI-3635.
I'm trying to understand what's the problem and know if we can correct it.
We do have Jira Software Premium

Have your checked your email server to see if the emails actually came to the server but were getting held up internally?
Also, how are you having the notifications sent? Based on the Notification Scheme? Because you are the Team Lead? Something else?
