Why don't I receive email notifications for issue activity?

My profile and personal settings look correct, but for some reason I never receive any emails from Jira on issue activity (although others on my team do):

Hello @Rob Johansen ,

 

1. please Check the notification scheme of the project regarding the needed events, and check are you being a part in group/role/ other for events.

2. do you have "browse projects" permission on the required project ?

3.  if you are not getting email notification for self changes --> in system -->  USER INTERFACE --> Default user preferences --> Notify users of their own changes  is set to "NO"

4. If still not getting. may be you need to connect Atlassian Support.
