I am the site admin, but I am not finding a way to archive Done and Canceled. I need to clean-up my Kanban and backlog. I can't reproduce the steps to look for More, then select Archive, or those to bulk assign. What am I missing?
Individual tickets cannot be archived in Jira Cloud. However, you can still cleanup your board by doing the following:
Make sure that Done and Canceled statuses are mapped to the final column on the right.
Then, I would simply update your kanban board to exclude tickets after a certain time period.
