Why has my question been marked as spam?

My previous question has been marked as spam, though I am unsure why?:

I understand there are spam filters but I'm not sure what specifically in my post could've triggered it. More importantly the question is important for my team and I, and I imagine if I post the question again (even worded slightly differently) it'll also get marked as spam?

I have moved it out of SPAM quarantine. The reason it was triggered as spam is code snippet. The spam filter doesn't always make the right decision.
