Why i connot update the Default Issue Type Scheme ?

HI everyone, 

I'm trying to remove some issue types from the Default Issue Type Scheme , but it's impossible ! 

The screen that normally appears in the right part of the page is not here ! 

Can anyone tell me how to fix this ?

Hi Assia - The Default Issue Type Scheme holds ALL issue types in the system. So there is nowhere for an Issue Type to go if you remove it. If you need to permanent remove one, you should delete the Issue Type directly under the list of Issue Types.

Otherwise, you should create a new Issue Type Scheme (you can start by copying the default) and then attach the new Issue Type Scheme to the project(s) desired.
