Why is Checklist is showing in the description as well as the checklist text ?

If you refer to the Checklist Text field delivered by Issue Checklist apps from HeroCoders, please hide the Checklist Text field from a screen.

You can also refer to Jira docs or ask Jira support for help on removing the field from a screen.
