Why is Jira Connector by Smartsheet no longer in the Marketplace

Smartsheet was purchased and I am being asked to setup the integration with Jira Data Center. However, I can not find the connector in the Marketplace. I do see 

"This app is hidden from public view because it no longer meets the requirements for Atlassian Marketplace" at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215530/jira-connector-by-smartsheet/version-history. Why was it removed?

It usually means that the vendor has effectively stopped supporting it, they have been in one or more of the following states for a significant length of time:

• They are no longer actively developing the app
• They have no route to raise a support request
• The documentation has gone away
• It has failed Atlassian's basic testing (it can't be installed, or errors when you try to use the first function)
• The app runs on the vendors servers and has stopped responding
• It has failed Atlassian's security tests
• The vendor has changed name, but not updated the marketplace entry
