Why is Jira Issue View in Kanban Board not displayed when clicked?

When I click on the related issue on the board, the detail information does not appear on the right.

Software projects can be either Company-managed or Team-managed. Take a look at the very bottom left of the menu to see what it says.

It looks like the one below. I'm having a problem with the kanban board. I created a kanban board in other projects and tried it, I can see the items there

Ah, you are on Server - so sorry for initially missing that! Have you tried with another browser? Are others having the same problem as you?

Yes, I tried it. I'm having such a problem with this project I'm seeing right now. I don't have a problem when I create a kanban board in another project
