Why is it not possible to overwrite only a few fields in a Jira-Project while importing the csv-file

Hello

When importing a CSV file, my Project is always updated incrementally instead of overwriting only certain fields in the project (the Issue.key must remains).

I had this problen before and the community has shown me several possibilities, so far unfortunately without success.

They also the ticket JST403703 if it is possible for helpers. There I am assured by the specialists that it does not work.

Can someone help?
