Why is my default opening screen in jira the ALL ISSUES screen - how do i change

i am an admin for a team board in Jira server. When i open jira the default screen is the ALL ISSUES (within project) screen. Although, i have other team members that their default view in jira is the Backlog screen for the team. How do i change mine so that i see the same as my team members? THANKS in advance!
