My team is getting a notification when trying to sign into our instance:
"You Have Already Requested Access"
What does this mean? Our team started receiving this message since Friday Aug 11th.

That message occurs when a user account has requested access to the project but has not yet been approved. This can also happen when a user has two different email addresses that they are trying to log in with.
Is this happening for all users or one in particular?
If it is one user, carefully check the email address they are logging in with, and compare that to the email address that is allowed in Jira. It may be that they have two accounts, one of which is their Google account.
Also, if it is one particular user, have they been able to access the Jira project with that account previously?
