I'm developing customfield plugin on jira. At the beginning of velocity template of customfield, #customControlHeader must be defined. But, I have no idea why it is used.
I think it's because the customControlHeader defines the styles and scripts that usually goes with the issue field, i.e. how the labels are displayed within the form.
