Why is the testcase issue type not available although Zephyr app is added?

I have added Zephyr and enabled it as well.

However, in the Project Settings> Issue Types - > I am unable to find the Test Case Issue type. 

I am unable to find it in Issue type schemes as well to add it to my project.
