Why is there inconsistencies in columns when exporting results over 1000?

I have been exporting one of my JIRA filters into a CSV file. When returning results 1-1000, it returns all columns, however, when I append the the URL code so it returns results 1001-2000, it leaves out some of the columns. Has anybody else encountered this problem? If so, has anybody found a solution?

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Dear @John Landers,

how you describe this sounds more like a discovered bug. But before contacting the support: It is possible, that columns that contain no data are skipped while exporting. So probably the first 1000 issues had at least one entry in a particular custom field but none of the next 1000 issues had any entry in that custom field.

So long

Thomas
