Why isn't my Board visible to others anymore?

Situation: I have a Sprint board associated to a project (called Gremini). I created a new project called Migrari shared with all members, and created a filter for the two boards together. I replaced the filter in the Sprint board with the new filter. And shared the board with the jira-administrators group and jira-software-developers group.

But my colleagues can't see the board anymore, it appears to them as Private.

Please do assist, as our work is blocked by this.

Hi @Adela Salagean 

This can be caused when the filter for the board is not marked as shared.  Go to your board settings and filter, then check that the filter is shared with others.
