We have two boards, both of which are exactly the same…everything about them, except for their filters.
The JQL for the filter “board 1” is:
project = PMO or assignee IN ("No Name","Name 1","Name 2","Name 3 ") ORDER BY Rank ASC.
The filter for “board2” is:
project = PMO ORDER BY Rank ASC
All our issues for the project named “PMO” are returned by both filters. The Stories in PMO have story points assigned.
If working in PMO with board1 selected, when we go to the Velocity report we see a chart with velocity information for some PMO’s sprints and other project’s sprints that are being worked by the named assignees:
But when working in PMO with board2 selected, when we go to the Velocity report we see a chart that only has the sprints for PMO listed and no other information:
The Velocity report we see for board1 is what we expect to see. But the only aspect of board2 that meet our expectations is that the sprint’s names appear as labels on the x-axis.
Notice that the y-axis for the chart accessed from board2 says “NONE”, suggesting there are no story points. The table below the chart shows zeroes for commitment and completed as well. But there definitely are story points. The chart accessed from board1 shows the story points for sprints “PMO Sprint 21”, “PMO Sprint 22”, “PMO Sprint 23”, and “PMO Sprint 24”.
Can anyone tell me why we aren’t seeing any columns display when using board2? Thanks!
Hello @Marc Pincince
The Y axis should reflect what you have selected in the Estimation option for the board.
For board 2 what do you have selected for the Estimation option?
