Why issue creation button is displaying at completion statue

After issue completed, issue creation button is created automatically. 

I set jira.issue.editable = false property to Compleation status. Why this setting crates the issue creation button?

Hello Jun Lee,

This button represents a transition in your workflow. You probably have an outgoing transition from the Completed status to this "Create... " status.

Can you add a screen capture of your entire workflow?
