Who do you think needs to review it?

Last time I hooked up Jira to Slack (yesterday), the Jira admins needed to talk to the Slack admins, but once the basics were done, people's "requests" were automatic.

So I think you need to explain a little bit more about what you're doing, what you see, and what you expect.

Hey @Lagisha , welcome to the Community!

The Jira Cloud for Slack app comes pre-installed in Jira Cloud. Where you're likely getting hung up is on the Slack side; the Jira Cloud app needs to be installed in your Slack workspace, and it sounds like a Slack workspace admin needs to approve that.

You can find a list of these folks in the "Admins & Owners" tab of the "About this workspace" section in Slack's web UI. An easy way to get there is by using this URL: https://slack.com/account/workspace-settings#admins - this will take you to that screen for your default account (likely the one associated with your primary job, if you are signed in to multiple workspaces).

Cheers,
