Why my videos are deleted after closing a issue?

Hello everyone. I have noticed that when I close a issue, my videos are deleted from some fields that my site admin created on Jira. So, the videos are put as attachments.

Hi Michel - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There might be an automation rule or a post function that is deleting the attachments. Look at the history of the issue to see who it said deleted it.
