Hi Folks.
Since few weeks ago, I have notice that the the priority icon "normal" is not shown anymore. Looks like the image file is not found. However, since this is cloud version, I cannot change this easily. How can I get it back? Other priorities are correctly shown.

Note if you have loaded your own icons it could be that there is an issue gaining access to where they have been saved. That has happened to me in the past. If you are unsure you can check the path...
Settings > Issues > Priorities > Edit the Normal icon and check the path

I just checked on my Cloud instance and the priority icons are still shown so it's most likely not a global issue. Therefore I would suggest getting in touch with Atlassian and see what they could do.
Another thing you can try in the meantime is to use a different browser. From time to time extensions like Adblockers incorrectly block certain resources/images on applications like Jira.
