Why the User Storys see like "Other issues" in Active Sprint Board?

I just started the sprint but I see on the sprint board some user stories who do not see like the others, they appear until the end of the board and it is not shown in the lane of the epic, I see them like "Other Issues". 

Each of the issuesthat are as "Other" have their user stories and epics but they are not shown like the others.

¿How can I solve this issue?   Please, help me

There is not enough information in your question to give you a detailed answer, but the problem you are seeing is related to the configuration of swimlanes on your board.

Have a look at your Board Settings > Swimlanes, where you will most likely find that some kind of grouping is defined that is not entirely in line with what you expect. Update that setting to something that better fits with the way you want to work.

It appears that tickets that fall under "Other Issues" on the Jira board do not have subtasks if the swimlanes are grouped by Stories.

I read through the support article and didn't find the answer. Would it be possible to see all stories regardless of subtasks on the Jira board? I would like them to be grouped only by stories.
