Why the name or reporter value is showing in Alpha numeric

Hi There,

When I am using query to search for Specific Assignee or Reporter, the value is displayed as alpha numeric, where as I can't see the name.

Example- assignee = 5ac1f393e9524463ffdcea3b AND resolution = Unresolved AND status != Resolved AND status != Closed AND status != "Awaiting Customer Confirmation" AND status != "Waiting for Customer"

Here the assignee is Shantu Chatterjee.

Please help me how to resolve this issue?
