Why the new users that belong to this group can only see the Dashboard menu?

Hi, I am using Jira 6.0, I created a new users group and put it in the Global Permissions/Jira Users. Why the new users that belong to this group can only see the Dashboard menu?

Answer accepted

Because you have not given them other permissions.

The global permission "can use Jira" lets them log in. You need to look at the project permission schemes to see what else the group might allow (or in this case, is not allowing because you've not used it anywhere else yet)
