I want to know about the email notifications. Before, the project lead was getting notified via emails. Now, he is not getting any notifications emails. Can someone help out in this?
Has the user changed the email settings in their personal settings?
Do they get any emails at all from Jira?
You can use the Notification Helper to determine if Jira thinks that notifications should be getting sent to the user.

If notifications should be getting sent, and the actions that would trigger those notifications are happening, and the user is not getting any notifications at all from Jira, then it is possible that the user's email has been blacklisted on the Atlassian side. You would need to contact Atlassian Support to find that out and get the email address whitelisted again.
Are you on CMP or TMP project?
Notifications are dictated by the Notification scheme. Go to project settings and check your notifications. See if the user is in a group or role aligned with the event notification.
