Why the tabs are not working in edit/view screen of an issue in jira server?

I have added 2 tabs in my change management edit/view screen. But it is not reflecting in the edit/view screen of the issue. Is there a way I can resolve it?

Make sure you the tabs defined in edit/view screen as well

Tabs are well defined in the screen and show with proper behaviour in view issue.

Only in edit issue did this stop working when adding new Requests to the system. In Edit issue, all the fields are vertically scrolling and there is some white space between the "tabs".
