Why the tool change due date in masive charge and everything has been put in january?

At the moment when i try to load a CSV File Jira is changed the due date to January

I hope you are having a nice day.

I understand that JIRA is adding the wrong month to your due date and in a text format (Ene) instead of adding it in a numeric format as you configured in your CSV (04). Is that correct?

I believe the configuration of your date picker field is using a different format than the one you are trying to import.

Please, check the details below to configure your date picker format to the one you expect:

- Navigate to JIRA Settings > System > General Configuration > Advanced settings > check the format your date picker is configured:
