Why the wrong sign is seen on the button?

I have a problem with a button in my flow. Why the button has " (2) " on it?

Hi Paulina,

The buttons are the names of the transitions between statuses in your workflow. You can either change the name of one of the Decline transition names or place Conditions on both transitions so that only one shows up at a time.

It is the name of the transition.

Please look at the names of all outgoing transitions from that status. Alternatively, there is an "ALL" transition near to Declined status, it could be the name of this transition. You should rename it.
