Could you please explain me about the reason for not adding 'component scheme' feature in Jira. I believe 'component scheme' would help lot of customers to use within their Jira projects.

There are suggestions for it:

^ They are still open though over 11 years later so might not have the highest demand. Still worth voting though :)

Components were originally intended to be project-specific, so schemes for them were not needed.  This has not really changed enough for Atlassian to do it, although I can see why it would be useful in a lot of places.
