I go to Jira Issue and add comment with tagging my teammate. However, there is no email notification received. How to solve it? Please advise

Does the user get any other email notifications from Jira?
If they do, then I would say @ASHU TYAGI 's suggestion is the likely culprit.
@May Fung I would suggest to ask your teammate to check if he has disabled @ mention notifications in his user profile settings
