Why we are not able to see the attachments in the comments? Is it a recent update from Jira ?

When we add any screenshot in the comments,the screenshot is visible in the attachment section but not in the comments section.

Earlier we used to view the screenshot along with the text in the comments section. Recently we are not able to.

Is it an issue or a Jira update?How to fix it ?How to contact jira for this ?

Hi @Ranjan Guha -- Welcome to the Atlassian community!

How are you adding the image: drag-n-drop, or using the plus-sign (+) to add the image to the comment?

I just tried it with the plus-sign and it is working for me...Other posters have indicated a problem with the drag and drop showing up in the comment.

The image always gets added as an attachment; using the plus-sign when editing the comment is what creates the link so it is displayed in-line.
