Why we can't change the responsible on the issues?

Hi,

In JIRA we can't change the responsible of the issue. In other project or kind of issue we can.

There is some kind of restriction on the issue?

Hello,

You should add the assignee field to the edit screen (project settings -> screens. find the edit screen for this issue type and add the assignee field). Also make sure that you have the Assign Issues permissions (project settings -> permissions)
