Why we can't see issue key when importing issues from CSV?

Hi, we're using Jira server 8.5.2. We want to import field value to existing issues. When we import, we can't see issue key in the Jira field. Is there any reason?Issue Key.png

Hi @Jason Liu ,

issue key is automatically associated by JIRA during impot process and you can force because it could cause inconsistences (two ticket with the same key).

Hi Fabio, I thought we could use this import function to update existing issues' custom fields. I saw some documentations and it introduced this function.
