I want to know the reason for integrating jira with subversion plugin

You mean the subversion Plugin for Jira?

It is really helpful to connect commits with issues. When Developers add the Issue-Key to the commit messages you can view the code changes directly in Jira.

This helps other developers or testers which have to deal with the bug later on.

So you can look at a Jira issue and see an answer to "what files did we commit to fix this". It is in the description of the plugin...

And if you are connecting JIRA via Fisheye, you need not connect via the sub-version plugin.

I find it especially useful when having a release branch out in order to confirm that all issues the CCB has decided to fix are really committed in the source code.
