Whys is Atalssian pushing customers to Cloud when It is absolutely unprepared

Why is this wierd company pushing customers into cloud, when almost nothing is working properly?

Almost no apps are ready for migration, even Jira software itself migration does not work properly? This is one big disaster.

Hi Kamil,

Atlassian has been pushing users to our Cloud platform for some time now.  We believe it offers a better solution for the vast majority of our users.  Why move to Cloud? has a lot of key points of why we believe this platform to be the future of our products.

But you sound as if you are frustrated at the prospect of making such a migration, or perhaps you have encountered a blocker in the process of migrating already.  Do you have an existing support ticket open yet with us?  I could not find any support cases on your account nor on your Cloud site at this time.  I would strongly recommend that you create a support ticket if you plan to migrate to your Cloud offerings over in https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Even if you are only exploring the possibility of a migration, such a support case can be very useful for both Atlassian and yourself so that we can address the concerns that you might have with moving to Cloud before you attempt a migration of production data.

Sorry to hear that things have not gone well for you so far, but we are interested better understand the specifics of the problems behind such a migration.
