Will Jira+ Zephyr + Zagile (Selenium) integration work as test management tool for manual & automation script? Do we need Confluence in this combination? I am looking for a complete test management solution for manual & automated test cases.

Zephyr Enterprise Edition has APIs and Zbots/ZIP interfaces to integate almost any automation system with Zephyr. As well, the ZEE integrates very tightly with JIRA.
