I am new to Jira, so I appreciate your knowledge.
I would like to share my email for my JSM, to create new issues or ask questions, with the public. Being security minded, I am aware that outsiders could attempt to email malicious files as attachments.
What security measures does Jira have when an outsider sends a phishing email with a malicious attachment? Could my platform be infected if I open an attachment within it?

As of today, Jira and Confluence Cloud do not have a built-in feature for scanning attachments to prevent malicious files.
