Will rank be changed by drag-N-drop in same column?

I like this Artezio kanban board plugin very much. A further question is that whether the "rank" of issue can be change when I move 1 issue up or down ---- typically because we need to use it to do priority setting. 

If not, can this be supported? because it is pretty essential usage for us.
