How can I get the following plug-in on our company's cloud instance?

Hi @Charles Pattie ,

The app is not available for Cloud. As Cloud and Server are different platforms, the server app will not work on Cloud.

If you want to know if the vendor has any plans to make the app available for Cloud in the future, your best option would probably be to reach out to them directly.
