Will the links between the projects still hold when we migrate?

We're migrating projects from Jira sever to Jira cloud using Cloud migration assistant. So one of the project which is planned to migrate to cloud has issues linked to another project. So does this link retains while we migrate the project from server to cloud. or how can we retain this link during migration.
