Work Management - Subtask

Hello Team,

Please, I need some help.

I have been heavily using the work management template and I was wondering what you would recommend to me.

I would like to try to add a sub-task after a sub-task. I would like to create another sub-level after the sub-task. I have tried to accomplish it with the linked issues, but, in the timeline view, it does reflect the way I expected.

You cannot create that hierarchy, sub-tasks can not have a sub-task underneath it. You would have to use an app like Structure in order to do that.

Hi @Andre Menezes

As @Mikael Sandberg mentioned you would have to use an app, e.g., BigPicture/BigGantt, that will reflect your WBS based on links.

Note that BigPicture allows you to create an unlimited number of WBS levels not only link-based but also based on built-in task attributes (Components, Sprints, Versions).

Hi Andre,

Sub-tasks cannot have sub-tasks. You can create Epics then stories/tasks or other standard level issue types and then sub-tasks under those.
